The Greenhouse will soon be home to trehus s.r.l., a new company with a passion for wood structures.

[[wysiwyg_imageupload:315:height=128,width=295]]Founded by Michele Trentini e Elena Volcan, trehus will concentrate on the production, construction, commercialization, and distribution of highly efficient buildings with low environmental impact with wood structures. (Currently, wood buildings make up a tiny fraction of buildings in Italy.) Trehus will work on expanding techniques and solutions for green building, providing consulting services,  and testing. Trehus also organizes training, conventions, and tours that aim to improve knowledge of construction of wood buildings and components.
