EXECUTIVE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AREA B, LOT 1, OF PROGETTO MANIFATTURA GREEN INNOVATION FACTORY IN ROVERETO (TN)

The autonomous Province of Trento’s Public Tenders and Contracts Agency (AGENZIA PROVINCIALE PER GLI APPALTI E CONTRATTI) has created an open tender process following provincial law (art. 30 bis of L.P. 26/1993), using the criteria for the lowest economic offer following provincial law (art. 39, comma 1, lett. B of L.P. 26/1993), to select the winner of the tender “PROGETTAZIONE ESECUTIVA ED ESECUZIONE DEI LAVORI DI REALIZZAZIONE DEL PROGETTO MANIFATTURA – GREEN INNOVATION FACTORY – AMBITO B, LOTTO 1 A ROVERETO (TN)”, with intermediary Trentino Sviluppo S.p.A. having headquarters in Rovereto (TN).

Importo complessivo di appalto: Euro 44,459,863.64 divided as follows:

- Cost of construction: Euro 43,631,539.64 of which Euro 43,035,579.60 for work subject to competitive bidding, and Euro 595,960.04 for workplace safety expenses not subject to competitive bidding;

- Cost of executive design (as well as for a workplace safety plan and management): Euro 828,324.00 subject to competitive bidding.

The goal of the tender contract is the executive design and completion construction of work according to provincial law (art. 30 comma 5 of L.P. 10 settembre 1993, n. 26.)

The deadline for presenting an offer is 12.00, 10 February 2014. The first evaluation session is scheduled for 9:00, 12 February 2014.
